We trust that you’ll love your new wellness and lifestyle products. If, however, within 21 days of receiving your product you feel that it is not all you hoped that it would be, simply email us as instructed below, to initiate a return request.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, undamaged and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, less the initial shipping charge.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days – some banks may take longer to show the return has been processed.
Please note that any returns must be mailed to us at your own cost. Returns must be mailed to us within 7 days of approval of the return request. We also do not accept returns on gift cards, gift sets, value sets, vetiver scrubbers, copper tongue scrapers, copper water bottles, copper wands, kansa wands and combs, neem combs and yoga mats for sanitary reasons.
We try to take every possible precaution to ensure that our products are mostly unbreakable and are packaged in very sturdy packaging to prevent any damage. However, in the unfortunate and unlikely situation that your item gets damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item, to initiate a replacement request. We shall then send you a gift card for the price of the product that is damaged, less the initial shipping charge. The gift card can then be redeemed for the same or another product of your choice on our online store.
If you wish to initiate a return or replacement request, please email us at email@example.com. Returns that are sent without initiating a return request first will not be processed. Returns that are sent to a different mailing address will be returned to sender. For both return and replacement Please indicate the reason for your return in the email along with any photos, if necessary, for fastest processing.
